Buying through headout was such a great choice! I loved the fact that we got the combo Acropolis & museum tickets. The added bonus was definitely that we got the audio guide with our tickets! It was so easy to be able to have our own AirPods in and scope out each of the different sites. While we didn't use the audio guide in the museum (forgot our headphones in the backpack), it was great to experience the entire museum plus the ruins located underneath! Would totally recommend@

Been a Chelsea fan my whole life and honestly this was everything I dreamed of and more. Walking through Stamford Bridge with Headout made it feel so special. The tour was perfect, not rushed at all, and standing in the press room, dressing rooms, the tunnel and even the dugout felt like stepping into the heart of the club I love. The museum was insane. Seeing the recently won Club World Cup trophy up close gave me chills, and knowing Chelsea is the only club to complete the full set of major silverwares made me so proud. Big thanks to Headout for making the booking super easy and for turning this dream into reality. If you love football or just want an unforgetable experiance, defo book through Headout. Hopefully next time I come back we’ll have added even more silverware to the trophy cabinet!

Absolutely Unforgettable – Perfectly Organized from Start to Finish! Booking through the Headout website was super quick and straightforward, with instant confirmation and all the details I needed. On the day, the team at Skydive Dubai was incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring — which really helped calm the nerves before jumping from 13,000 feet! The freefall over the Palm Jumeirah was pure adrenaline, and the parachute glide gave me the most breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline and turquoise waters. The photos and video captured every moment perfectly, making it easy to relive and share the experience. The complimentary yacht tour after the jump was such a great bonus! A huge thank you to Headout and the amazing instructors for making this a smooth, safe, and truly once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Highly recommended for anyone ready to tick skydiving off their bucket list!

I used the Headout app to book tickets for universal studios singapore and it worked fine. I had checked the price for Universal Studios on Headout, Klook, and thrillophillia, and Headout had the cheapest tickets with the app offer. Saved roughly 17%. I had 4 tickets, so I just handed over my phone to the representative at the gates of Universal Studios Singapore and they handled the rest so I assume they do see regular bookings from headout.com. Although I do wish headout had informed me about the queues at USS - buying an express pass would have made sense. You cant buy an add on the day of the entry from the platform but you can buy directly from USS - so no offer there.

Headout was so easy to use! I was worried that because I didn't have a QR code before entering that the ticket wouldn't be accepted but don't worry! The staff at Accademia knew exactly what they were looking that, getting in was a breeze. BEAUTIFUL gallery too. I have a newfound appreciation for sculpture. Was definitely worth the money and the wait; even though the line might look long when trying to enter the gallery, it moves VERY quickly. Definitely using Headout again!

Do not use Headout - an incompetent company with terrible customer service My family and I used Headout to book a bus tour to Mount Fiji from Tokyo to round-out a wonderful vacation in Japan. Headout ruined it. They sent instructions by email for where to meet the bus. They asked us to arrive 15 minutes early for an 8am departure. They provided a textual address for “The Marunouchi South Police Entrance, Tokyo Station”. They provided a photo with detailed labels of the police station entrance adjacent to the meeting point of where we should wait. (I still have the picture if anyone doubts my account and would like to see it). They urged me to download the Headout app, which I did. It contained exactly the same instructions, including the same photo. Not knowing Tokyo station, we arrived an hour early. We found the exact location the photo was shot from. Buses were arriving and leaving, so naturally we thought it must be correct. As the time approached 8am, we got more and more nervous. At 8:02am, the driver called me on WhatsApp (they never told me they would be contacting me on WhatsApp). He said he was there waiting and about to leave. We were very confused because when we looked around, we could not see him or his bus. I then saw that the driver had sent me a completely different photo that I later realized was from the other side of the station.. By the time we understood the mistake in the directions, we needed to cross to the other side of Tokyo station, a five minute walk even at a brisk pace. My wife is senior and could not run fast enough for us to make it to the other side of Tokyo station in time. Alas, the driver left without us. I emailed Headcount later that day and received a response from Arun Pratap Singh. They did nothing to make it right. They took the partner company’s side, without taking any ownership for the misinformation. They then had the disrespect to offer me a 25% discount towards another Headout trip. They clearly cannot be trusted, I will never use this company again. Holiday makers in an unfamiliar environment need very clear, concise and correct instructions when planning day trips. Headcount is not sensitive to this fact. Do not use this company. They are incompetent and unaccountable for their mistakes.

I would like to report a scam involving a third-party ticket vendor called Headout, which I experienced in Krakow. We initially booked tickets for Wielizca Salt mines through what we thought was an official site but were instead routed to Headout. They charged us 165 euros for a joint ticket, transfer included. However the driver never showed up. When we went to the Salt mine by ourselves we were informed that the QR code we had on the app was not legitimate. The tickets were not valid. I highly recommend against using Headout. They operate as a legitimate service but are essentially scamming customers. Hopefully there will be an investigation of this scam company pretending to be real.

This is a SCAM. We booked a tour through Headout, but the tour never happened. Several of us were waiting for the guide, who never showed up. We contacted the operating company, and they informed us that no tour was scheduled for that day and that they had never confirmed our booking with Headout. Headout failed to inform us of this, leaving us waiting for a long time. We spent a significant amount of time trying to contact Headout. After at least 10 calls to Headout, I finally reached someone. While the person I spoke with was kind and acknowledged that the issue was caused by Headout. They promised me a full refund and compensation within 48 hours. However, this never happened.... It is one month later I am still waiting for my refound. I had to call them again, and they said they never heard of the story. They are a SCAM and stol me 200 USD

Easy to get tickets online through Headout. It was really handy to have tickets available on their app to avoid crowd. Great way to see the city. Informative sound track and/or bus drivers. Lovely and intelligent guide. Well-balanced castle tour with both historical information and useful casual city/country tips. Good value for money. São Jorge Castle is one of the main sightseeing places in Lisbon so I think it is a must see. .Awesome views to the city from the walls of the castle.

Terrible Experience with Headout – Avoid at All Costs! We booked a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Louvre through Headout, and they completely ruined our experience. They sent us the wrong tickets, causing us to miss our visit. When we tried to resolve the issue while in Paris, we were forced to call their support team in New York, which left us with a €50 phone bill—all because of their mistake. Despite explaining the situation multiple times to different agents, including Rachel and Monica, Headout refused to refund the phone charges. All we asked for was reimbursement for the costs we incurred trying to fix their error, and instead, we got the runaround and excuses. It's shocking that a company like Headout would treat its customers this way—no accountability, no proper resolution, and endless frustration. If you value your time and money, stay far away from Headout.
