I used the Headout app to book tickets for universal studios singapore and it worked fine. I had checked the price for Universal Studios on Headout, Klook, and thrillophillia, and Headout had the cheapest tickets with the app offer. Saved roughly 17%. I had 4 tickets, so I just handed over my phone to the representative at the gates of Universal Studios Singapore and they handled the rest so I assume they do see regular bookings from headout.com. Although I do wish headout had informed me about the queues at USS - buying an express pass would have made sense. You cant buy an add on the day of the entry from the platform but you can buy directly from USS - so no offer there.
