Nice to see you guys on PH. We've been using Haystack for a few months. I can say the biggest value we got was avoiding burnout. Whenever we do hardcore sprints we saw a decrease in productivity right after. So now we always try to stay near the top of the healthy margin and haystack alerts us if we're ever working too much or too little so we can grab the most productivity out of our developers.

We've been using Haystack for almost a year. One thing that surprised me was ease of integration. Single biggest benefit we're getting is seeing an overview of our bottlenecks and the team members associated. This allows us to take strategic decisions to address those bottlenecks. An absolute must-have, especially for remote teams! Been using Haystack since launch, and its North Star metrics have since become a guiding principle in everything from how we structure our sprints, to the info dump during standups, and even how we've structured our 100 day plans.
