So we built Haystack with one core focus. Let's actually help teams improve. Both delivery AND dev happiness. There are 3 ways we do that... 1. We only use metrics proven to drive success. - https://services.google.com/fh/f... 2. We only show team-level trends and bottlenecks - not individual rankings or leaderboards. 3. We focus on dev happiness - highlighting things like burnout, work overload, and nudges to help spread best practices (like not sending your teammate a 5k line pull request)
