When someone joins, we call them directly and let them share their experience in their own words, privately and anonymously. From there, we match them with someone who’s lived something truly similar, so the connection feels natural and real. It’s all about making sure you hear, “I’ve been there too,” and actually believe it.
Congratulations on the launch! The concept behind this product is excellent, and it offers a very human-centered way to find support. I particularly like the idea of "no apps, no logins, just real conversations," as it significantly lowers the barrier to seeking help.
However, I do have a question: Just two of us sharing the same emotion, can it really solve our problems?
