Gauth Unlimited Digital Canvas
Launching today
Gauth AI Course now runs on an Unlimited Digital Canvas: one continuous whiteboard where lessons unfold spatially instead of in a chat thread or slide deck. Chapters expand side by side as narration plays, board notes write out in sync with the AI voice, and you can zoom from the full concept map down to a single formula. Pause anytime to ask the AI Tutor, and it answers right on the board beneath your step. Generate a canvas lesson on any topic, then export it as a PDF or share a link.

How do ou handle mistakes in the AI reasoning when solving complex problems?
@austinphillips Honest answer: AI isn't perfect and can get things wrong. That's part of why the Tutor shows its reasoning step by step right on the board, so you can check each line instead of just trusting a final answer. Our models are also built specifically for education rather than general-purpose. And for anything high-stakes, always double check against your class materials 🙂
Can teachers create a lesson in Gauth and share the same canvas with a whole class? I can see that being useful after a lecture.
@angelo_bram Teachers can create a canvas lesson and share it through a lesson link or export it as a PDF. That makes it easy to keep the material available after class.
Can it explain exactly where the mistake happened and then let the student try again?
@henryevans11 Students can ask the Tutor about the exact step they are stuck on and work through it again
Can it reveal the answer step by step so the student still has to think through the problem?
@fletcher_graham The Tutor breaks problems down step by step, and Quick Checks ask students to apply what they have learned instead of only watching the solution.
Ho it handles questions that have more than one valid solution. Does it show alternative methods when they exist?
@jordantaylor58 You can ask the Tutor to explain a problem in another way or simplify a specific step. Support for multiple valid methods can vary by problem, but this is an important use case for us.
Does the system explain the mistake differently when a student keeps making the same error?
@ryankeller Students can keep asking follow-up questions and ask the Tutor to simplify or explain the step differently. We are also continuing to improve how the experience responds to repeated confusion.
How well it handles different ways of teaching the same subject. Does it adapt to local curricula?
@jason_scott8 You can ask the Tutor to simplify a concept or explain it in another way. Curriculum coverage can vary by subject and region, and we are continuing to improve it.
