Instead of standard RAG (Vector DBs), we use Perplexity’s Sonar models via API to live-crawl the site the visitor is looking at. Why? It solves the "stale data" problem. If you change a price on your site, the bot knows instantly—no re-indexing required. Realtime: We use Pusher websockets to sync the visitor's scroll position and intent score to the agent dashboard with <100ms latency. The Business Model: We believe visibility shouldn't be a luxury.
