FreeTree lets you model task branches + probability scenarios, add expected income/cost/net income, and compare roll-up outcomes in one desktop canvas. Why I built it: Existing tools were either too generic (no probability + roll-up logic) or too heavy for quick planning. I wanted a lightweight desktop workflow for practical strategy and forecast discussions.
