Building a fitness app that plans meals around your fridge — happy to chat before launch Tuesday

Hey Product Hunt! Launching ForgeHealth next Tuesday and wanted to introduce myself early.

I'm a paramedic who built this app because I was frustrated with fitness apps that just log what you do but don't help you figure out what to eat based on what you actually have at home.

The feature I'm most proud of is Fridge Mode you add ingredients from your fridge and the AI generates your meal plan around them. No random recipes, no extra grocery runs.
