To be honest, at first I really liked the program and even bought a paid subscription. Everything was fine initially. However, after about a month, around late April to early May, the macOS app started crashing every 10-15 minutes. I reached out to support, and they told me this wasn’t typical behavior and that they would consult the developers, but I never received any feedback. I kept writing in the same conversation for several weeks, but no one got back to me. Then, at one point, the app suddenly logged me out on all my devices, including my iPhone and MacBook. Since then, I haven't been able to log back in. I enter my email, receive the login link, but when I try to use it, it says the link is expired. This has been going on for several days. So basically, I paid 100 euros for a subscription, but only got to use the app for about a month, and now I can’t use it at all. Because it’s been over a month since the purchase, Apple won’t approve a refund. I want to strongly warn against using this app. It’s full of bugs and has very poor product decisions. The team seems to lack basic understanding of how a proper SaaS B2C service should operate, and as a result, they are just losing users without remorse.

I'll try to tell you as much as possible about the non-triviality of this product. I have a good command of English (at least that's what I thought), but still, year after year, I wanted to improve it even more but didn't do anything. I started it more out of boring interest, but after logging in, I couldn't log out for more than an hour. The app literally addresses my needs. AI highlights my weaknesses so coolly, such as grammar, accent, fluency, etc., and allows me to work on them, rather than starting from scratch or with useless things like in Duolingo or Rosetta and others. I didn't have a critical need to learn English right now, but words can't convey how much the app lit a fire for further learning. This is without exaggeration one of the best ways to use AI today. And, by the way, the AI itself is very well made (it's more than just drifting between different forks of answers for the user). Try it!

I've been using Fluently every day for the past two weeks and I'm extremely satisfied with it! As a Japanese user, I find Stacy to be an exceptional tutor. Just one small suggestion for improvement - I can't seem to change the microphone settings. Even when I'm using earphones, it appears to be picking up audio from my iPhone's built-in mic. It would be great if we could select which microphone to use. Really looking forward to future updates. Keep up the amazing work!

I subscribed to Fluently hoping to practice with an AI tutor using a British accent, but I couldn’t find this feature anywhere in the app. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I received no helpful response. The service didn’t meet my expectations, and the support was unresponsive. I have canceled my subscription and requested a refund. I cannot recommend Fluently for those seeking specific accent options or good customer service.

It's just insane. You can start and stop you speaking practice session without any arrangements and excuses. Talking with AI left no place for shyness. Sure, it is a place for improy, but, for me, it already is, definitely the best English speaking experience ever

I love Fluently, I can talk to it for hours! I like how it remembers all our conversations and corrects common mistakes in my speech. I’ve noticed a big difference in my speaking and writing since using it! Definitely recommend if you want to improve your English.

What has made me confused is that straight after the assessment, you need to buy the subscription. There is no way to try the product for free, even if it's written on the landing page. I believe you can improve your CR, revising the your funnel here.

This App has something that other apps don't have, and that is that conversing with this AI is more natural than any other. It gives you pronunciation corrections and while you converse with the AI, it gives you feedback when you make mistakes.
