
To be honest, at first I really liked the program and even bought a paid subscription. Everything was fine initially.
However, after about a month, around late April to early May, the macOS app started crashing every 10-15 minutes. I reached out to support, and they told me this wasn’t typical behavior and that they would consult the developers, but I never received any feedback.
I kept writing in the same conversation for several weeks, but no one got back to me. Then, at one point, the app suddenly logged me out on all my devices, including my iPhone and MacBook. Since then, I haven't been able to log back in. I enter my email, receive the login link, but when I try to use it, it says the link is expired. This has been going on for several days.
So basically, I paid 100 euros for a subscription, but only got to use the app for about a month, and now I can’t use it at all. Because it’s been over a month since the purchase, Apple won’t approve a refund.
I want to strongly warn against using this app. It’s full of bugs and has very poor product decisions. The team seems to lack basic understanding of how a proper SaaS B2C service should operate, and as a result, they are just losing users without remorse.
