Poised

I've been using Poised for six months, and it just keeps getting more useful month over month as they add more features and insights on how I'm performing in my meetings. It's super easy to digest all the feedback it offers, but also you can minimize it and just take a couple quick data points per call if that's all you have time for.

I really love this product - it enables me to move through a full calendar of varied calls with purpose and engage in the what's truly needed in each conversation for it to be a success - it helps me to double-down on clarity when needed, notice when my natural tendency for hedging words is showing up - and flagging it up when I'm getting carried away and speaking too fast. So many extra features coming thick and fast - it is hands-down the most thoughtful and well-crafted AI tool I've seen.

I've been using Poised since March 17, and while it has some good features, it may not fully meet my or your needs. One major limitation is the inability to export content, particularly transcripts from audio. This restricts my ability to repurpose my audio content as well, which you are also not able to download back. Additionally, searching through the history is more time-consuming than it should be since I have to load more data every 4 or 5 calls. Although the scores are helpful for improvement, viewing my big data as a whole is inexistent. I also wish there was a way to mark meetings that are important to me so that I could review, or that the ones I delete disappear from the list. Overall, Poised offers some useful AI capabilities, and it falls short when it comes to flexibility and ease of use for content management and data analysis. Sadly, I will lose access to the app, the complete data I have added, and all the insights because there is no more free plan, and that is it.

I love the poised app and vision because it helps me be more intentional with my meeting prep. Before I used to wing a lot of my meetings but the Poised AI makes me more aware of questions that could be asked that I did not previously consider. This results in me understanding/mastering the material even more. Thanks to the Poised team! :)

The app has changed since my last visit. It feels safer and more secure. The software is user-friendly, and the feedback is genuinely constructive. In particular, I like the summary function; it helps me verify if I've covered all the vital points during presentations. I previously had an issue with deleting the app from my computer. It's great that the Poised team could address and fix that! Congratulations on a successful launch, and best of luck!

Have been in sales as an individual contributor & leader for 11+ years. Never seen any tool providing real-time actionable feedback. Initially felt it might be distracting on calls & prevent me from actively listening. But it actually helped me have better conversations. Can't even imagine how powerful this is & can become for not just sellers but consultants, trainers, presenters & public speakers. Wow! Would highly recommend this. Try it!

Essential tool for improving video calls. The update allows me to plan meetings and organise my thoughts, very helpful for me.

As an early user, I must say poised made significant progress. There’s still a lot to do, like privacy policy and language support.
