I subscribed to Fluently hoping to practice with an AI tutor using a British accent, but I couldn’t find this feature anywhere in the app. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I received no helpful response. The service didn’t meet my expectations, and the support was unresponsive. I have canceled my subscription and requested a refund. I cannot recommend Fluently for those seeking specific accent options or good customer service.
