Let's be honest: we all love ChatGPT's simple and user-friendly interface. Our team loves it, too - enter your query and get your desired answer. We thought it would be incredibly cool to manage ALL processes in the HR platform through such an interface, and if your team members can do it too, that’s just a dream. Why do we think this is incredibly cool? Now you don’t need to check the system’s functionality, research the features and how they work, and monitor the critical information. You and your teammates can just ask the HR Copilot any question, and you will find a solution. We don’t have any statistics yet (we will definitely collect them), but we are confident that the HR Copilot will help teams save a gigantic amount of time. For example, your employees can ask HR Copilot, "Where is my document X?" and if they have been granted access to this document, they will receive it. I think you understand how much time the team will save on solving the question "What if? Where can I find this? Who is responsible for this?" 🔌 And, of course, we have integrated with your favorite messengers, Slack and MS Teams, so you can use HR Copilot without even going to FirstHR. Very soon, some people will use FirstHR but may not even know what it looks like. 🚀 Of course, our HR Copilot is just beginning its journey. There are many problems to solve and many things to come up with, BUT guys, this is the future — simple and efficient management of HR processes through a single window for the entire team. ⚡ And a little about other updates in FirstHR 2.0 ✔️ Bugs and problems in UX/UI have been fixed, and some functions have been improved. Thank you for your feedback! ✔️ We updated the paid plans. There is only one and just $6 per user monthly; everything is as simple as possible. No hidden fees or limited functionality. ✔️ We have added a Help Center to describe all platform features in detail. ✔️ We've added a Resource Center to keep all critical HR information in one place. ✔️ Now, each section of FirstHR comes with a training mini-course, which will help you quickly understand how the system works the first time you log in. But one thing hasn't changed: we still want to help entrepreneurs unite and build superhero teams that create innovative products to transform the world. 🔥 👉 We’d love your feedback!
