Every macro app I tried kept stacking features until the one thing I needed got buried. Fill the Wrap does exactly one thing: swap a food, keep the macros. Y our plan says 100g of pasta but tonight you want potatoes? It tells you how many grams. 200+ foods, raw and cooked, whole meals too. No login, no bloat, no upsell. Free, forever. Yes, it's an AI wrapper and that's the point. Not novelty. Just staying deliberately simple.

Hi, I'm Vins. 🍕
I run community and marketing at a wellness club, and I've been building digital products for years on the side.
Now I'm starting to build them with AI, this is the first one about nutrition. 🌯
Yes, it's another AI wrapper.
Yes, it's another food-swap tool.
I built it anyway! 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯
Here's the honest version:
Every macro app I tried kept stacking features until the one thing I actually needed got buried under ten I didn't. 📲
All I wanted was to do the thing I already do with an LLM every day "my plan says 100g of pasta, but tonight I want potatoes. How much to keep the same macros?"
That's the whole app. Nothing else.
So I built Fill the Wrap.🌯 🌯 🌯 🌯 🌯 🌯 🌯 🌯
Pick a food, pick the swap, get the grams. 200+ foods, raw and cooked, whole meals too.
It's free, and it'll stay free. I built it for myself; if it's useful to you, even better.
I'm here for one thing: what's useful, what's missing, what to improve with a single rule:
It never becomes the bloated app I was trying to escape.
And if your reflex is "we don't need another wrapper" or "we don't need another food-conversion tool"
GO ahead and say it! 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯
I agreed with you before you typed it. 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯

how does it handle foods that are in a recipe together, like does swapping out chicken in a stir fry mess with the oil and sauce macros or does it just look at the chicken part

@serhatviwz Good question! It depends which mode you use:
Single swap works at the pure ingredient level. You pick one food (e.g. chicken 🐓) and find the exact amount of a substitute (tofu, salmon…) to match its calories, carbs, or protein. it just swaps that one ingredient.
Whole meal mode is the one for your stir fry example. You enter every ingredient: chicken, oil, sauce, veg, each with its grams and it rebuilds the dish with the foods you actually have, keeping the total macros in line across the whole plate.
So: single swap looks only at the chicken while meal mode looks at the full recipe.
For a stir fry you'd use meal mode. 🌯

Love that it's just the swap and nothing else. Every macro app I've tried wants an account and a week of logging before it does anything useful. Does whole meal mode let you swap one ingredient inside a recipe and rebalance the rest, or is it straight one to one?

@lucency yes you can do it you if you want to switch salmon with chicken in a recipe you keep the other ingredients and change just the chicken like in this picture

Finally, a macro tool that does the one job I actually need without trying to become a whole nutrition platform. Swapped rice for quinoa and got an instant gram adjustment, no account, no upsell.
