This looks like a great simple and low cost option for gathering feedback :) Some questions and thoughts: 1. Is it possible for my app to send you each user's identifying information so they don't need to enter it manually? That would certainly help increase conversion. 2. I like the simplified scales, but unfortunately in enterprise software, a lot of marketing is done using NPS. This is an 11-point scale with a critical break point between an 8 and a 9. So the resolution of feedback (perhaps artificially) matters a lot there. 3. Is it possible for my app to trigger campaigns upon specific events? We like to collect feedback after users complete certain workflows. 4. Is the widget icon persistent? We have one from our support desk already, so we would not want a competing icon to display. I'd love to hear your thoughts on these. Thanks!
