FastPubSub continuously measures path quality between relays and routes messages through better paths, helping avoid congestion, poor peering, and suboptimal routing. What makes it different is that it doesn’t just expose a pub/sub API and rely on standard Internet routing. It uses a global relay mesh to find faster and more consistent paths in real time. For developers, the benefit is straightforward: lower and more predictable latency across regions, better delivery consistency for live events, and no need to build their own global relay or routing layer from scratch. Clients connect via WebSockets, relays communicate over QUIC, and the system is built for fire-and-forget delivery rather than persistence or replay. How do you market a new technology when the category barely exists yet?

I m building a new infrastructure product. It s still in development, but the core technical hypothesis has already been validated.

What makes it difficult to position is that it s not just another tool in an existing category. On one hand, it still has to prove its value like any normal product and earn its place in the market. On the other hand, it s hard to explain the benefits to potential customers when there are barely any direct equivalents and people don t yet have a familiar mental model for it.
