We're a small independent team — no funding and no growth department.
Something that's bugged us for years: to put your own signature on your own contract, every tool wants you to upload the file to its server first. Nobody else is ever going to see that document. Why does it need to go anywhere?
So FairSign has two modes, and it tells you which one you're in:
- Sign it yourself → the file never leaves your browser. It works with your wifi off, which is the fastest way to prove it.
- Send to someone else → that one does upload. It has to, because it emails them a link and creates an audit trail in the finished PDF.
Regular Pro is $12/month with unlimited sends. For the Product Hunt launch, the first 50 Pro customers get 50% off — $6/month or $60/year — through Sep 8, whichever comes first. The offer is applied automatically at checkout, and that lower price stays for as long as the plan remains active.
The Free plan includes 3 sends a month with no card. Signing your own documents is free on every plan, forever.
Billing is deliberately boring: cancel any time for $0, a 14-day no-questions refund, and an email 7 days before every renewal.
What FairSign does not have yet: ordered signing, a mobile app, SOC 2, or enterprise integrations. If you need those today, we're not the right tool yet.
