Hey Product Hunters! šŸ‘‹ Most B2B buyers ignore cold outreach because they don't recognize the sender. The pitch doesn't matter if they don't know who you are. And most of the buyers are on LinkedIn. Posting updates, asking questions, consuming content. When you show up in those conversations with thoughtful comments, you're no longer a stranger sending cold DMs. You're someone they recognize. Last year, I tested this. Before reaching out to anyone, I'd comment on their posts a few times. We've got 40%+ reply rates. Some prospects messaged me first. Deals moved faster. But doing it manually was brutal. Hours of scrolling to find relevant posts. Tracking who I'd engaged with. Writing comments that didn't sound generic. So we built Extrovert to handle the grind while keeping it human. Four ways people use it: 1ļøāƒ£ Warm up prospects Comment on their posts 2-3 times before you reach out. When you send that connection request, you're not a stranger anymore. 2ļøāƒ£ Nurture pipeline Long deals go quiet between demo and close. Commenting keeps you present without another pushy follow-up. 3ļøāƒ£ Comment on top voices for visibility Hundreds of potential buyers see your name without you posting daily. 4ļøāƒ£ Build a support network Find other creators who engage back. You comment on their stuff, they comment on yours. Everyone's audience grows. šŸŽ‰ What's new since our last launch - we rebuilt almost everything based on your feedback, but the biggest additions are: → Integrations Connect your CRM to automatically pull in pipeline contacts for nurturing. Or warm up prospects in Extrovert, then push them to your sequencer when they're ready. → Indirect engagement This one's pretty unique. Some prospects rarely post but read LinkedIn constantly. We track who they engage with most, then surface those people's posts to you. When you comment there, your prospects see it in their feed. If you're connected, LinkedIn puts your comments at the top. Suddenly, you're visible to people who never post themselves. → Agency mode If you run an agency, you can now comment on behalf of clients. Helps their reply rates, supports their content strategy, and builds their brand. Done-for-you relationship building. To everyone who used the first version and gave us honest feedback - thank you 🫶 This version exists because you told us what actually mattered. šŸŽ To celebrate this launch, the first 100 people who leave thoughtful comments get 50% off for 2 months. The long game is the only game in b2b sales in 2025.

@oleg_sobolevĀ , yeah, we keep rocking! I'd add that on top of a major B2B sales case, we see loys of marketers use Extrovert as one-of-kind ABM branding tool, making their execs' and company name to stay top of mind of key target people without being salesy at all šŸ˜‡

Clever! I do this. Truth-bombs works really well. Lots of impressions gained 😬. I don't do it with AI tho. Dont want to go to LinkedIn jail šŸ˜‚šŸ˜…šŸ™ Any insights regarding ratelimits with using something like this? Obviously, LinkedIn tries to curb AI generated comments etc.

Oleg Sobolev

@sentry_coĀ "Truth bombs" hehe I love it! šŸ˜„ That's actually a really solid commenting strategy when you're a bit edgy and contradict the author's opinion a little. Works really nicely.

Regarding AI - yeah, it's totally optional. We have many users who just use the custom feeds and skip the suggestions completely, drafting comments manually.

The key thing IMO is whether it's automated or not. In Extrovert nothing is automated - you always read before you approve or correct.

The AI is pretty decent because we put a lot of effort into the model. We don't use off-the-shelf stuff and feed tons of context about your style and background. More often than not I can't distinguish the draft myself (even being the founder) from really human-written comments.

So yeah, LinkedIn jail risk is pretty minimal when human's always in the loop šŸ™

@oleg_sobolevĀ Thanks! I love what your making! Would definitely use it. But my Linkedin account is far too valuable to Yolo (you can only have on eLI account, and it easily gets shadow rate-limited). I need yolo proof LinkedIn tools. I think for this product position. Lead with how fumble proof it is. I think thats your nr1 blocker. SoMe automation worked circa 2016 even on IG. I remember racking up 1000s of followers with simple apple scripts šŸ˜… but thats 10 years ago, and it only worked for a year or two, then SoMes started to implement counter measures. In the AI age this is even more strict.

Oleg Sobolev

totally fair@sentry_coĀ ! it's a cat and mouse game for sure. And our mouse is an android smart sneaky bastard šŸ¤– 🐭 ha ha

Nika

This is highly relevant to me. It would be great to somehow get traction from the 3rd connections so my posts will be shown to more people :D but technically, I do not know whether it is possible. But your tool is great!

Oleg Sobolev

Thanks a lot,@busmark_w_nikaĀ !

It's funny because I've recently talked to our users and many of them said this exact thing is why they use Extrovert. For them it's a way to target their content to specific people and get out of your bubble.

When you post on LinkedIn, sometimes the algorithm only shows your posts to a specific audience it decides. But with comments you can do two things:

First - if you comment on your ICP and they engage back with your comments, the algorithm will push your posts to them. Whether they're 3rd connections or 2nd connections, it's a way to target your content.

Second - some users comment on influencers in their space and the comments themselves get tons of impressions, sometimes even more than their posts.

So yeah, it's totally possible and that's exactly what many of our users are doing! 🤘

Nika

@oleg_sobolevĀ Thank you so much! BTW: I think you should post this comment in some form to LinkedIn because it stores such a good information!

Oleg Sobolev

Oh thanks@busmark_w_nikaĀ šŸ’”, I'll do that! Really good idea!

Nika

@oleg_sobolevĀ You are welcome! :)

What a journey since the first launch, so many features - LOVE IT!

coding more heads down as we speak 🤘

Laura Cruickshanks

OMG... I'm so mad at you, @oleg_sobolev for not telling me that you were launching today. I thought we were friends!!!! i'm just glad I can pop in here before midnight to vote and leave a comment. I would've rallied people in San Francisco during SFTechWeek!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the @Extrovert app. It has helped me grow my community on LinkedIn like no other service. It helps with AI generated comments, but I feel it's still authentic to me. It's not an automation machine, you get to choose who's post you comment on and what you say. It makes me sound smart!

I've also been using the new launch and it's been a lot easier to manage the feed. It's more intuitive now. Great job team Extrovert!!!

Oleg Sobolev

Wow@laura_cruickshanks  you are tooo kind, I appreciate you so much 🫶

Laura Cruickshanks

Cruise Chen

cool idea! I always need some tool like Extrovert on Linkedin as a heavy user.... does it connect to Linkedin official api directly? will it pose any risk on new accounts?

Oleg Sobolev

Thanks@cruise_chen!

Yeah, we're a third-party tool and unfortunately LinkedIn doesn't offer official APIs for this type of engagement functionality, so we can't connect directly through their official channels.

But we've built one of the safest solutions on the market specifically because we understand the risks. Here's what makes us different:

• We use browser-based technology instead of reverse-engineered APIs that can get accounts flagged

• Human-in-the-loop approach - nothing gets posted without your approval, so it's augmentation, not automation

• We fully imitate natural human behavior with realistic scrolling, typing, and page navigation

• Each user gets a high-quality IP from their location

• Actions are executed at random intervals within your adjustable working hours

• Built-in daily limits for all action types to keep accounts safe
• We don't use chrome extensions that share session cookies (which LinkedIn can detect). Instead, we log in on your behalf from a virtual browser - from LinkedIn's perspective, it's just like you logged in from another computer.

Would love to hear your thoughts after you check it out!
