It is a very well-designed platform for anyone looking for English-speaking opportunities across Europe. The interface is clean and makes job searching much easier with filter options for country, category, job type, seniority and other criteria. I really like how quickly you can browse listings, view job details and find relevant opportunities without unnecessary clutter.
One improvement could be more personalized job recommendations based on a user's profile and application history. Additionally, features such as salary insights for job postings could make the platform even more useful. Nevertheless, it's already an excellent product that simplifies the job search process and provides a great user experience. Kudos to @ikapilm and the team on building such a valuable platform!!
Really clean way to find English-only roles across Europe w/o getting lost in translation. having the direct corporate links instead of third-party redirects makes things way easier. it'd be awesome to have a simple 'job alert' notification toggle for a specific country though, just so you don't have to manually check back every day
What got me was the ATS indexing directly from company career pages. as a student most of the european roles i find on linkedin are either expired or just reposted from somewhere else. pulling fresh listings straight from the source means you're not wasting applications on ghost jobs which honestly changes how useful a job board actually is.
I think the interesting part here is that you're not competing on the number of job listings. You're competing on relevance.
A lot of job platforms optimize for more results, but as a candidate I'd rather see 20 jobs I can actually apply to than 500 that get filtered out because of language requirements.
That's what made the value click for me
As a student in India exploring opportunities abroad, language requirements can often be a significant challenge. I appreciate that this platform filters jobs based on language criteria from the start, making the listings more relevant and saving time.
As a student from India exploring opportunities abroad, I can relate to this problem. One of the biggest frustrations is spending time on a role that looks perfect, only to discover a local language requirement deep in the job description.
I like that you've focused on solving a specific pain point rather than building another generic job board. The direct company application links are also a great touch.
One feature that would make this even more valuable for international candidates would be a visa sponsorship filter. For many non-EU applicants, language requirements and sponsorship availability are the two biggest barriers.
Congratulations on the launch, and wishing you continued growth!
This is such a timesaver because mostly job boards try to force us to get into their application ecosystem. Language and sponsorship are usually the two big hurdles. So, filtering out the language barrier at the source makes so much sense.
