Review eesel?
Eesel earns praise for cutting search time and keeping work at hand, especially when juggling many tabs and forgotten file names. Users highlight quick setup, clean design, powerful quick commands, and the Folders feature that smartly resurfaces related documents over time. It’s valued for both personal and work organization. Some newcomers are still figuring out workflows, and a minority flag occasional backend slowness and request richer collaboration features like shared automations and nested folders. Overall, a polished, intuitive helper that becomes part of daily flow.

Eesel is amazing! I use it not only for personal matters but also to organize my work. No more frustrations when I can't find the right document among my hundreds of open tabs. It's very smart! Thank you!
Great product and I see myself using this all the time but all backend functionality is super slow, apparently because the serverless functions are timing out.
eesel is really really easy to get set up with. It took me seconds to install (unusually good for an app like this) and it became a natural part of my workflow. Folders is kind of like that too - I get suggestions, and the Folders just stay up to date on their own. I'd love for there to be more of a community around it would be my main ask :)
I've been using the Folders feature from eesel for the last few months as a beta user and while skeptical at first, I'm a convert. I've used it frequently to come back to documents related to a specific topic whose name I've long since forgotten. Folders has been a great time saver.
I have just started using this but I can see clear advantages to it. If it had features such as being able to set the automations for other people rather than have them type the keywords in themselves, as well as folders within projects, this would be incredibly useful.
Hey Calum! Thanks for the review and for giving eesel a go :)
When you say "being able to set the automations for other people" what do you mean? Is it around being able to "pin" eesel Commands (https://intercom.help/eesel/en/a...)? Would love to understand that a bit better.
Oh and - we do have "Folders" to group pages for projects, teams and so on together: https://intercom.help/eesel/en/a.... Is that what you had in mind?
Eesel is an amazing product. I use it not only for personal matters but also to organize my work. No more frustrations when I can't find the right document among my files which always get lost
