The concept behind ECPower is really interesting! Managing customer behavior and revenue by "segment" is an approach that feels like it should have existed before, but surprisingly hasn’t. Additionally, being able to visualize and intuitively understand the customer journey seems particularly useful in the marketing field. I'm excited to see how these features will be utilized!

ECPower works best for brands with over 1,000 customers, but we do have smaller shops successfully using it as well🤝 At the moment, it's only available for Shopify merchants, but we're planning to expand to platforms like WooCommerce and Magento in the future!
