We launch here on August 25th. Before that I need something more useful than upvotes: people telling me the reports don't make sense.
Quick context on what DriftVera does and why I built it this way.
Accessibility on an ecommerce site isn't a state you reach it's a state you drift out of. You fix your product images in March. Then you add 40 products, an app updates, a seasonal banner goes up, a review widget changes its markup. Nobody touched the theme, but half of what you fixed is broken again. Every tool I looked at sells a one-off audit and then leaves.
So the product re-scans weekly and tells you what changed. Two things I decided early:
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built DriftVera because ecommerce accessibility doesn’t stay fixed. New products, app updates, seasonal banners, and third-party widgets can introduce new issues even when the theme itself hasn’t changed.
Most free checkers answer one question: “What is wrong right now?” DriftVera adds a second: “What changed since the last scan?”
It scans representative storefront pages, prioritizes the findings, explains what a shopper experiences, and shows store owners where to make the change in WooCommerce, Squarespace, or BigCommerce. Weekly monitoring then emails what changed—including the useful weeks when no new critical regressions appear.
A few intentional choices:
→ No overlay or script claiming to make a site compliant automatically.
→ No certification claims. Automated testing is a starting point, not a complete accessibility audit.
→ Plain-English, platform-specific next steps instead of raw technical violations.
The initial scan is free, requires no account, and takes about 60 seconds.
I’m launching early to learn from ecommerce store owners: Which accessibility finding is hardest to act on, and what would make a weekly report worth opening?
I’d really appreciate your feedback.
