Describe your Diagram and get it without drawing anything

We express a lot of time drawing diagrams to explain our thoughts. Whether they be flowchart, or mindmap, or sequence diagrams, we always had to build or draw them. What if instead you could just describe them? That is Diagramify.

What do you think? …

I used to spend a lot of time building diagram. Flow charts to explain code. Sequence diagrams to explain user flows and journeys. System diagrams to explain system architecture. The list goes on. What if instead I described the diagram, in as much or as little detail I want, and then let AI generate the diagram? This was the brainwave which led to me building Diagramify.

@shabda Amazing work. Do you plan to support different types of graphs for system design? This could be very useful for software developers. Or perhaps you already support this?
Shabda Raaj
@artkulakov Thank you. We support block diagrams, but I want to add native AWS and GCP system diagrams very soon.

@artkulakov Could you also put your description and the diagram you got here. I want to see how people use it.

@shabda @artkulakov I had the same question!

Upvoted! Very creative way to create flow charts using AI. Looking forward to further development.

Hi, @shabda Awesome Work. Can you explain your backend or your tech stack for this project?
Shabda Raaj
@bagadurshah_limbo The backend is mostly openai+python+flask.

Looks so good. I'll definitely give it a try. Kudos for the launch and all the best for future endeavors.

This was fun to experiment with. Sometimes the syntax for charting tools is a bit esoteric, so I love the idea of using plain language to generate them. I gave it this prompt and thought the result was funny, but close! > Grab peanut butter and jelly from the kitchen. If you're out of peanut butter, grab the other jar. Then, grab 2 slices of bread from the bread bag. Go to the drawer and grab a knife to spread the peanut butter and jelly. Place one slice of bread down and put the knife into the jar of peanut butter. Scoop a dollup of peanut butter onto the slice of bread. Scoop a dollup of jelly onto the bread. If you would like to add honey, grab the honey and put that onto the bread. Put the second slice of bread on top. Now eat!
