Review Mermaid Chart?
Reviewers mostly praise Mermaid Chart for turning text or markdown into diagrams quickly, with less manual layout work and strong fit for documentation, system design, team discussions, and developer workflows like GitHub and infrastructure projects. They repeatedly call it simple, flexible, well documented, and easy to integrate, with some saying it speeds up diagramming dramatically. The main caveats are that the syntax can feel clunky at first, some UI controls like text and border styling seem limited, and as a standalone paid tool it may feel less compelling beside bundled alternatives.

Mermaid Chart has been super helpful with the AI and visual editor as I plan my marketing strategies, product roadmaps, and map product requirements. I've been able to get through the first few versions of my diagram just by prompting the AI and then can make my final tweaks with the visual editor. It's a nifty tool and has helped take some of the manual diagram setup off of my plate!

Mermaid Chart has been the best way to be explicit about things visually: easy to iterate on, flexible, and great for collaboration across teams and tools. The syntax is easy to learn, documentation is great, and AI integration and elements features make approaching their diagrams beginner friendly. I use Mermaid Chart for everything from documenting processes for work, to my family tree, to recipes. Can't recommend highly enough!

A convenient, well-documented text-only way to create and use charts of all sorts. Handy for Infrastructure as Code, development projects and documentation without having to worry about including images and other resources

Enjoying the process of creating these diagrams. Like this one:
flowchart LR
id1(the text)
id2[text in box?]
id3{{ideas}}
id1 --> id2
subgraph Third
id2 -..-> id3
end
id4((Another)) ===>
id5[/Trapezoid\]
id4-->id6
id1--text inside-->id4
subgraph Four
a & b --> c & d
end
direction TB
id2 --> id4
An amazingly good and simple product. I use it all the time at work to create Sequence Diagrams to align with customers and internally with the tech team.
It's like writing pseudo code but with the added benefit of it creating visuals for you. Big fan!
Mermaid Chart is my go to for creating diagrams! By removing the design and layout steps, Mermaid Chart simplifies the diagram creation process and allows me to build diagrams in less than half the time of alternate tools!
Trying to place shapes in just the right location is one of the aspects of diagramming that I really dont like. Mermaid takes that out of the equation with the dynamic rendering.
It's very easy to convert a markdown to a flow chart. It's amazing how you can use the designer to create - then fine-tune (fast type) using the generated markdown.
