Very cool idea! I can see a lot of use cases for this. Think mentoring, tutoring or just any type professional advice giving.
The tool simply connects two people and also has payment baked in. I can easily see this as something that I would use not to sell more one on one sessions, but basically the technology that connects and takes care of payment.
An awesome use case for this would be to add a link to transactional emails for my app inviting customers to a quick cust dev call to talk about new features and be able to easily compensate them for their time - can't wait to try.

Awesome! Usually people use Skype + Paypal (or other) to make this happen. As a consultor, I see this product as a great way to get in touch with clients in a fast and safe way for both of us. Easy to do the consulting, easy for him to pay and for me to receive. Hope you guys can grow ☺.
@gabrielreynard thanks so much for the note.
Yes, we've heard this from a lot of people who consult over video: awkwardness around payment (i.e., do you pay before, after, who keeps track of time?). We think Copper solves this issue well, but would love your feedback... send me an invite on Copper? :)

As someone who works with thought leaders and influencers and is always being asked "to pick your brain" - this could be great
@kellyryanobrien that was one of the main problems we wanted to solve for when starting on this. There should be an easier way to have those "pick your brain" conversations without you feeling like it's a big chunk of time out of your day - why not have a simple way to charge or pay someone to chat with you? Let us know if there are any ways we could add on this or make it easier to use, all types of feedback are really appreciated.
Very cool. i've started testing out breaking down UX consulting into bite size pieces, and this would be a great tool for that to happen. Skype, hangouts, and paypal are pretty cumbersome to handle all together.
Lots of interesting applications but the most interesting aspect is that this a platform, lots of room for it to grow instead of getting stuck in any silo. Well done!
I love this idea and immediately think about a need for this in the healthcare industry. Where large organizations like Kaiser Permanente have internal tools like this, it's the smaller doctor's offices that don't. Really cool stuff, guys!
@rueter Thanks! We'd love to help make healthcare more efficient. There are some concerns around HIPAA compliance, but we're looking into it. Do you work in the industry? Maybe we can get your feedback? Happy to compensate you for your time via Copper :)
