Built a moderation API where you control the filtering strictness. Kids server? Set dial to 1, blocks everything. Friends trash talking? Level 3 allows cursing, blocks hate speech. Adult community? Level 5 only catches slurs. Same API, change one number (1-5) per server. Also faster/cheaper than AWS: <20ms vs 200ms, $9/mo vs $50+ for 50K requests. AWS Comprehend costs $150/month to moderate 100K messages and takes 200ms per request. I got tired of paying that, so I built this. Same detection (profanity, toxicity, hate speech, spam) for $9/month with 12ms response time. That alone would've been enough. But I added one thing AWS doesn't have: a filter dial. Different communities need different rules. A Roblox server for 8-year-olds shouldn't use the same filter as an adult gaming clan. So you set a level (1-5) and the API adjusts what gets flagged. Level 1 blocks everything. Level 5 only catches slurs. Your users choose what fits their community. Built this because enterprise APIs are expensive and slow for a problem that shouldn't be either.
