@harsha_reddy6 What did you like most about it so far?
Harsha Reddy
@syswarren It's quick with insights, and not very verbose. Makes a compelling case for brand communities without being preachy, based on the authors' own experience, its an easy read
Harsha Reddy
I've so far read only read two chapters, but its surprisingly good content, well written and plus its free. So kudos to the author!
