Love this product! This is amazing and has great video chat and formal business communications. Zoom is quite dated now and doesn't have the support Microsoft has, not to mention their easy to use interface.
A nice, all-in-one communication platform. Only complaint is how much CPU it drains in the background.
Our business runs on Teams. Mostly it's good but that is not so easy to find the proper chat there.
