Communities for Microsoft Teams
I use Teams with my team for meetings and chatting throughout the day. It’s helpful for staying connected, but the interface can be confusing sometimes. Notifications are inconsistent, which can be frustrating. It works for basic communication, but there’s room for improvement in reliability and speed.
Miro
I use Miro with my team for brainstorming and planning sessions. The boards are flexible and easy to share, but sometimes it feels cluttered and overwhelming. Collaboration works well, but the app can lag with larger projects. It’s useful, but there are times it slows down our workflow.

I'm all over the Google ecosystem, and yet I can't help feel frustrated at how gmail handles forwarding and email threads. Couldn't be anymore difficult to navigate through past emails.
Asana
I find that Asana is not as good in tracking tasks for software development. It's more suitable for marketing or personal tracking, but does not include the necessary functions for a software lifecycle.
Jira
I use Jira daily with my team to organize tasks and track project progress. It helps us stay on top of deadlines and assign responsibilities clearly. The dashboards are useful for monitoring work, but sometimes the interface feels a bit complicated. Overall, it supports our workflow well.
