@katcinskiy We usually inherit the refund policy of the SaaS vendor as of now. So if the SaaS vendors approves the refund, then the advanced cash will have to be transfered back to us. However, if they stop paying for other reasons like cutting off on SaaS spend or not being able to pay back we will ask the SaaS partner to suspend their service on their platform and we will bear the risk and continue the collection.
