CoffeeHub lets you book 1:1 calls with founders, VCs, and experts — like a virtual coffee chat. No intros, no cold emails. Just pick, book, and connect. Perfect for startup advice, career tips, or real talk with people you admire.
We built CoffeeHub because we believe meaningful conversations shouldn’t require cold emails, intros, or luck.
So many people say, “I wish I could just talk to them for 15 minutes” — we made that possible.
Unlike other platforms, CoffeeHub focuses on real-time access to real people. No generic advice, no AI-generated content — just honest conversations with founders, VCs, creators, and experts.
What we’re most proud of is how simple it is. You pick someone, pick a time, and talk. That’s it.
Built in Japan, designed for the world — and we’re just getting started.
Let us know what you think. We’d love your feedback!
Game-changer for early-stage founders. What happens if an expert cancels last minute—are there backup options like reschedule or refunds for paid sessions?
@desmond_ren1 Thanks for the great question! If an expert cancels last minute, users will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We’re also working on building a feature to suggest alternative experts based on the topic—coming soon!

Love the idea, everybody needs a mentor, and using this platform can be possible. Why default language is Japanese?
@eljo_prifti Thanks! We started CoffeeHub because there was no service like this in Japan. Japan is gaining attention as a startup destination, and many international founders are coming here to build their businesses.
However, many struggle with networking and end up returning to their home countries.
We hope to support them by making it easier to connect with the right people. That’s why the default language is Japanese for now—but we’re working on making it more global!

What a great idea! I'm already waiting for your expansion in the EU. What's the next market you plan to focus on for expansion?
Exciting to see CoffeeHub launch! I imagine one of the key challenges ahead will be onboarding more experts and VCs. Have you considered adding language options to your landing page to support broader reach?
@justin_bao Thank you, Justin! You’re absolutely right — onboarding more experts and VCs is definitely one of our key focuses. And yes, we’re currently working on adding multilingual support to broaden accessibility. Appreciate the thoughtful suggestion!
Love the concept. As I understood from your landing page, you are focused primarily on the Japanese market. Any plans to expand internationally or at least reach to English-speaking audience?
@busmark_w_nika We’re currently focused on the Japanese market, including English-speaking users. We’re still in the early stages and looking to grow our network of experts. If you know someone who would be a great fit, we’d love your help—CoffeeHub has a referral program, so feel free to spread the word and help us build our community!
Imagine a virtual coffee shop where the “reserved” tables are with founders, VCs, and experts you admire. The best part? No secret handshakes or LinkedIn gymnastics required.
