Super bloated app which try to do everything and listen to every users' feedback. Version 3.0 was over hyped and under deliver
From exploring various major players in the Project Management field to successfully implementing Asana for over a thousand users during 2018-2020, our journey has been diverse and enlightening. However, since embracing ClickUp 2.0, we've never looked back, establishing it as the preferred tool not just for us, but also as the tool of choice for our Paperless Movement® members.
Now, ClickUp 3.0 arrives, revolutionizing professional productivity. It's more than an upgrade; it's a new era. Team ClickUp's innovation within a year? Peerless. They're not just leading the pack, they're redefining the race.
I'm glad I found Clickup. It is the best project management app with many free tools as compared to Asana. It is extremely customizable as compared to the Notion. I am waiting for ClickUp 3.0.
I realy like the core concept. It's very intuitive to use. For me, it's the best tasks management system.
... it just works! Moving from Jira/Notion/Obsidian. Most searches took me to discussions about delays of ClickUp 3, and I'm glad I ignored those and went ahead and downloaded ClickUp anyways. It has amazing features (Time tracking, custom fields, gantt, workload, whiteboard, +) And so many toys to experiment with (goals, delegate/reminders, task tray, sync with Reclaim.ai, +). Helps you learn/has tons of templates. I've got more to say, but I'd say take the time to adapt to ClickUp, while customizing it to your needs. Lots of similarities to Notion, but something with me just clicked (interface? loading speed? global shortcuts?)
Could have better ui and customisation options like notion(I can't make it pretty!)

I use ClickUp for all my coding projects. From their GTD and Bug templates, I built a system that I use now for more than 3 years. Their Docs repository allows me to create all the docs related to my coding tasks (specs, workflow, final reports, ..). Generating MD files, I can easily push them in the office JIRA system and be compliant with my PMs requests (even if JIRA is a nightmare by itself)
Review of ClickUp 2.0
I have been using ClickUp as my main project/life management tool for nearly a year now. It plays nicely with other systems and keeps growing and improving. The best way I can describe being a ClickUp user is, paying for a burger and receiving a steak.
Simply the best productivity platform out there. I've been with them for years, almost from the beginning, and watch them grow from strength to strength. Now I can't wait for ClickUp 3.0
We use ClickUp for all of our Project Management. It has been a great way to organize our client folders, files and keep everything on track. There is so much to it, though. We all know we don't use it to its full capability. But a great tool that has improved on other software I used previously.
