Distribution, the site and CI ended up being the same place, which I didn't
expect. The plugin marketplace is a repo — people install claudemon by typing
`/plugin marketplace add zamarrowski/claudemon`, so there's no registry, no
publish step and no account for anyone. Pages serves the landing straight out
of `docs/` with no build. Actions runs the tests.

The answer is a bit circular, because what I made is a Claude Code plugin —
but that's the point. Hooks that fire on a prompt and on tool activity, a
status line I can write myself, and a plugin marketplace that is just a
GitHub repo: nothing else I tried hands you those three things, and without
them claudemon has nowhere to live.
