Really appreciate the thoughtfulness behind Checklist Genie. It’s clear that this isn’t just another productivity tool. It’s built from real pain points, refined through simp. I love how you focused on clarity and speed without sacrificing flexi.
Huge thanks to everyone who supported @Checklist Genie and helped it reach the #1 Product of the Day — I’m incredibly grateful for the love, upvotes, and thoughtful feedback.
I’ve already started implementing some of your suggestions, including a new delete confirmation for checklists and a few minor UI improvements to make the app even smoother. V.1.01 is available now on the App Store.
If you have any questions or more ideas, please feel free to reach out — I’d love to hear from you. And most of all, I hope you enjoy using the app as much as I enjoyed building it!
Cheers,
Tim

Hey team 👋
I really appreciate the idea and purpose behind your project — but I wanted to share some constructive feedback as a developer. The current design feels a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. In today’s digital world, modern and minimal UI/UX is key to building trust and keeping users engaged.
Right now, the site feels a bit too colorful and cluttered — almost like an early beginner project. I'd love to help improve that.
If you're open to collaboration, I’d be happy to rebuild the website as an open-source contribution (free of charge). I believe a clean, modern redesign could really boost the impact of your platform.
Here’s a quick example of a modern website I built recently:
The shareable angle stands out to me because checklists often fail when they stay private. For family coordination in Shareday, we keep coming back to the same question: how do you make a list clear enough that another person can act on it without extra explanation?
Have you seen better results when the AI creates more detailed steps up front, or when it keeps the checklist short and lets people refine it together?
It’s mainly built for personal use, but it works great for solopreneurs and small teams too. I use it to manage my daily life and keep track of my product backlog.

sounds like a great idea. I wonder what are the main use cases you see for the product

Ngl, being able to just talk and have a checklist pop up is genius—no more typing out my endless to-dos! This is realy next-level, team.

@joey_zhu_seopage_ai Thanks! I used AI to help fine-tune the voice and make sure the list hits just right. Thank you for the support!
