As an investor in ChartHop its easy to be biased - as an implementor and operator in startups, its amazing to see the impact a platform like this has. It provides exec teams the legibility and flexibility around people analytics in a way that was never possible before. Now putting this in the hands of everyone, in a self service way, makes this an essential part of my startup "stack". I can't imagine going back to spreadsheets and drawings that are out of date. Seeing and hearing from employees that come into a new co or established company having clarity around their team, their org, and the entire company is amazing - excited for how many more startups will now have this clarity.
