Hey Product Hunt, Jibin here 👋 I'm a product designer, and last year I watched someone in my family go through a job search. You know the ritual: five job boards, three logins, saved-search spam, 40 tabs, and the same resume fired at everything because tailoring one more application at 11pm is where souls go to die. The tools all made the same assumption — that job searching deserves another app you have to check. I don't think it does. So I built Charlie. Charlie is a job search that lives entirely in your inbox. 📧 One email in. Write Charlie like you'd write a friend who happens to be a recruiter: what you want, what you're good at, attach your best work. No app. No login. No dashboard. That email is the entire onboarding. 🔍 Charlie reads the whole market. Every day he scans 10,000+ roles across company sites and ATS boards, and narrows them to the ones that actually fit you — not your keywords. 🎯 One real match out — already tailored. The eval is brutal on purpose: Charlie freezes far more roles than he sends. A job tool that respects your attention enough to stay silent felt like the whole point. I built Charlie for one person. Then I started using it for my own search (it's written applications I actually sent). Now a small group of early users get one honest role a day, and their inboxes are their job boards. 💡 Bright idea

Would love the option to mark roles I've already applied to so Charlie skips them the next morning. Right now if the same listing cycles through different sources I might get duplicate suggestions and waste time re-reading them.

@abdulkadirsosn noted, and it's a good one. charlie already only sends fresh roles so it won't resend the same one, but a "mark as applied" control that also catches the same job across different sources is exactly the gap we want to close next. really appreciate this

Tried Charlie for a few days and honestly the tailored cover letter surprised me most, it actually referenced specific things from the job post instead of sounding generic. Having one curated role a day also kept me from doomscrolling listings.
