I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to cancel this subscription two months ago and I am still being charged. I reached out to CapCut support using the same email tied to my account, gave them my account details, screenshots, and billing information multiple times, and instead of getting a clear answer, I got nothing but the runaround.
Their customer service has been one vague, copy-paste response after another. They kept asking for information I had already provided, avoided answering direct questions, and would not clearly confirm whether my subscription was actually canceled or still active. It felt like they were playing games instead of helping.
The most frustrating part is that this should have been simple. Any normal company should be able to verify an account, confirm the subscription status, stop the charges, and resolve the issue. Instead, I was left chasing them in circles while they continued billing me for a service I have not been using.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in them. Based on how this was handled, I would be very careful giving this company your payment information.

I am using this on a weekly basis because I am an aspiring content creator, and this helped me a lot. From the templates, and the availability and freedom of editing your own video, as a long time user, I appreciate the new features every time but hopefully prices won't go up! I am just worried that something as cool as this would not be affordable in the long run.
I love the templates being suggested as well as auto caption feature, imagine not typing them one by one, saves me a lot of time!
