What needs improvement

I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to cancel this subscription two months ago and I am still being charged. I reached out to CapCut support using the same email tied to my account, gave them my account details, screenshots, and billing information multiple times, and instead of getting a clear answer, I got nothing but the runaround.

Their customer service has been one vague, copy-paste response after another. They kept asking for information I had already provided, avoided answering direct questions, and would not clearly confirm whether my subscription was actually canceled or still active. It felt like they were playing games instead of helping.

The most frustrating part is that this should have been simple. Any normal company should be able to verify an account, confirm the subscription status, stop the charges, and resolve the issue. Instead, I was left chasing them in circles while they continued billing me for a service I have not been using.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in them. Based on how this was handled, I would be very careful giving this company your payment information.
