Hello everyone!

I’m Stéphane, the solo maker behind Briefed.

Learning design on your own is hard. When I started teaching myself, I faced two massive problems:

1. The Blank Page Syndrome: I wasted hours looking for "fake brief ideas" that weren't boring (designing a logo for a flower shop gets old fast).

2. The Loneliness: Once my design was done… silence. No one to critique it. No Senior Designer to tell me "Hey, your contrast is off" or "This font looks cheap". My mom saying "It's pretty" didn't help me build a portfolio that gets hired.

So, I built the mentor I wish I had.

Meet Briefed & Gaspard 🧢 :

Briefed is not just a brief generator. It’s a full training ground.

⚡ Ultra-Realistic Briefs: Get complete agency-level specs in 1 click (Client, Problem, Constraints, file formats...).

🎨 Gaspard (The AI Art Director): This is the cool part. Gaspard is your virtual Senior DA. He’s available 24/7 to critique your work, unblock your creativity, and validate your design choices. He creates a safe space to fail and improve.

Why I’m launching today: I built this for myself, but I realized thousands of junior designers/students are stuck in the same loop. I want to help you build a portfolio that actually looks pro.

🎁 Launch Deal: To celebrate the launch, I’m offering 50% OFF the first month for the for the first 50 registrants from PH community! Code: PRODUCTHUNT02

I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer your questions. I’d love to hear your feedback: Is Gaspard too mean? Not mean enough? Let me know! 👇

Cheers, Stéphane
