At ChessBase India, we run a volunteering initiative called Teach Chess India. We are building a community of volunteers from across India who would want to dedicate some of their free time to help teach chess to folks from disadvantaged backgrounds. Earlier people would apply to join our team using Google forms. Binary has completely revolutionised this process for us. It makes it extremely easy for us to filter out applicants and reply to them from the same screen. I would highly recommend everyone that works with inbound applications to give Binary a shot.

I’ve been using Binary.so for a long time for hiring, especially inbound leads - it’s honestly been solid. The new extension finally makes outbound reachouts easy too. Super excited to try it!

If AI replaces anything in the world, I would want it to be HR/ATS systems. Because it's broken. They are playing a bottle spinning game: hidden messages, answers, etc. Not rocket science what HR people do, and it's not efficient at all. And all HR people think the applicant is talking and allocating time only for that particular company, but unfortunately that's not how life works the way they think it does. Glad to see a product in this field. Congrats on the launch!
