Reviewers see Bettermode as a strong fit for businesses that need a scalable, highly customizable community platform. They repeatedly praise the no-code setup, block-based design, templates, white-label branding, and integrations like Zapier, Slack, and HubSpot. Users say it works well for customer hubs, knowledge bases, feedback collection, academies, events, and both B2B and B2C communities. Support is described as fast and helpful, and analytics and engagement tools are valued. Drawbacks are barely mentioned, so the feedback is mostly one-sided and positive.
👋 I’m Soheil, the founder of Bettermode, and I’m beyond pumped to share what we’ve been pouring our hearts into for the last few years. It all kicked off with a problem that drove us nuts: creating a community for our own business felt like a nightmare. We’d stitch together old-school forum software for discussions, one tool for product updates, another for wishlists and ideas, and yet another for a help center. It was a mess. Disconnected experiences, scattered data, and a stack of pricey SaaS subscriptions. We knew there had to be a better way.
We were tired of rigid tools. Back when we were wrestling with our own community, we dreamed of a platform that didn’t just work, it flexed with us. So with Bettermode, you start with a pre-built template, then make it yours. It’s like a Lego set: toggle features on or off with a click. That’s the spark behind our logo. Don’t want comment counts or likes showing? Toggle them off. Swap the heart for a fire emoji 🔥, or upload your own. We’ve got AI-powered moderation to keep things clean, Ask AI for instant answers in any language, member profiles, real-time messages, news feeds, groups, Q&A, all that good stuff. Tweak layouts, pick slick themes, and craft something that screams your brand. It’s all in one spot, no more chaos.
This isn’t just a product for us. It’s our way of helping you create a space that brings people together. 🤝 Logitech, Lenovo, and Mercedes-Benz use it for everything from docs to fan hubs. What’s your dream community? Drop a comment. I’d love to chat! 😊

I'm using bettermode, and it is ine of the most flexible and customizable community platforms out there. You can see that a lot of thought went into the data model, so it is robust, flexible and easy to use. Good luck to @soh3il and the team!

Super exciting product. As someone who has published a lot of content and feebly attempted building a community, Bettermode intersects both!
1. Do you have an integration with @Crisp ?
2. One of the biggest challenges with a thriving community is getting people to speak up. Does your product have any features that encourages community members to participate?
Hi @aishwaryalohi, Thanks so much! We're glad to hear that Bettermode resonates with your experience.
1- We don't have a direct integration with Crisp, but you can use Zapier to integration Bettermode and Crisp
2- Our Leaderboard is a great tool to encourage member participation! You can also assign badges to your most active users
Super exciting to see Bettermode launched on Product Hunt! The new community features are truly impressive — I’m confident they’ll make Bettermode a powerful tool for businesses looking to build and engage their communities more effectively. The flexibility to customize everything, from layouts to reactions, and the AI-powered moderation are absolute game-changers. I'm really curious to hear what you all think about Bettermode!
Community is a big key! staying in contact with your customers and letting them share their good and bad moments is a powerful capability, which Bettermode makes it like plug and play! well done guys! @soh3il @malayeri
I've created a handful of forums for clients and Bettermode is the easiest to set up and configure, and the output is modern and professional. WordPress forums have the downside of constant updates required. Hard coded forums are expensive and unnecessary for most uses. Open source options tend to still need a lot of work to get ready, and are hard to make look as professional as Bettermode.
