At first it was fine, but right now all my money is frozen and bot replies with fixed message: Dear customer, Today we’ve received a letter from Visa and Stripe that Bankoff Card services have been suspended due to the high volume of active users and transactions from Russia. It means our cards are no longer supported for any offline and online payments. As we are currently trying to access funds that have been frozen in our USA account please be informed that we’re doing our best to resolve this issue. Bankoff Team

Selected “tether” (crypto) method to top up my account, sent the money on Friday, with Bankoff recognising the incoming payment arriving, however the balance is still 0 two days later. Unfortunately with these kind of delays it’s unstable and unreliable for my kind of daily usage, so I’m unable to see the benefits of the product at this moment, despite the ease of access to potential product.

Communication does not exists with any channel they offer (bots, emails). Transfers does not get processed within time periods defined in the product. Handling everithing via chat is not convenient. as everything repeats lots of times when you go up and down the menu. USDT deposit has 3 different timings in different places - 24h, 72h, 7 days
