During the course of my last venture we stumbled upon a very powerful pattern for operators to 10x their execution while being laser focused on strategy and vision. We used this to great effect to build a complicated HW/SW company with a small lean team. We found that having a highly skilled business generalist paired with AI tooling could accomplish almost any skilled critical tasks in multiple disciplines (sales, marketing, chief of staff, operations & finance).
