Everything you do at work needs "managing": projects, tasks, priorities, customers, meetings, teams, strategy. You can't remember it all. Ari, your second brain that manages it all for you: it tracks things, stays current without constant updates, and tells you what matters. Less admin. More building. Free to start.

The greatest companies like Amazon and Uber have long used “bar raisers” to grow their talent—and now you can too. Ari helps you and your team maintain and grow a higher standard of execution by handling the work about work, tracking commitments, reporting progress, aligning communications and priorities, driving follow-through, and showing what’s working so you can double down. Shawn here, founding engineer at Ariso.
Ari starts as a Slack app because so much of work already happens there: decisions, questions, commitments, feedback, and the small moments that shape how teams work together.
The challenge is that this context is easy to lose. Especially when switching context among tools. Important details get buried in conversations, meetings, documents, and follow-ups. As work becomes faster and more distributed, people are expected to remember and manage more than any one person reasonably can.
We’re building Ari to help bring that context together while treating trust as foundational. Our architecture uses tenant-isolated envelope encryption with HashiCorp Vault, helping protect each customer’s data boundary while supporting the performance needed for real-time work. Checkout how we built the encryption system with HashiCorp: High-performance envelope encryption at Ariso.ai with Vault.
I also believe the future of work will require humans to adapt in a deeper way. As technology takes on more of the operational load, people need to take greater responsibility for direction, judgment, relationships, and care. The goal is not to remove humans from the center of work, but to give them more capacity to lead well.
Ari helps bring that context together for both individual and teams, so people can spend less energy searching, remembering, and coordinating—and more energy leading, thinking, and supporting their teams, less hands on touching different tools, just ask Ari to do it.

Hey everyone, Max here. I’m the CTO and founding engineer at Ariso.
I joined @erkang in building Ariso because I’ve spent most of my career watching good teams lose time to invisible coordination work: hunting through Slack, reconstructing decisions, chasing updates, and trying to remember what someone committed to three meetings ago.
Ariso brings that context together across the tools you already use. Ari helps you prepare for meetings, capture decisions, track follow-ups, keep projects moving, surface what changed, and spot what’s slipping before it becomes a bigger problem.
The latest thing that we're super proud of is utilizing Astra to build out the new GPT-Live-1 API into a voice agent on top of Ari. Definitely check that one out! We're especially proud to have been featured in OpenAI's recent blog post about our coaching agent.
It’s built for the whole team, too. Managers get a clearer view of priorities and progress without needing another status meeting, while everyone gets an AI partner that remembers the context behind their work and helps them focus on what matters next.
We’re still early, so I’ll be around to answer technical questions and dig into anything that breaks. Thanks for checking us out!

I appreciate that the product focuses on highlighting what has changed, rather than simply gathering more information. This distinction can be highly significant for busy teams.

@monir_ It's saved all of us more times than we can count! The most notable moment was when @erkang had a phishing email come in that he had replied to (we're all human) and Ari called it out for him before any damage was done.
Also, having the self-resolving todos is a game changer, don't know how I could work on anything of substance again without them.
Ariso
@monir_ @maxheckel haha yeah, Ari totally called me out and saved us from getting scammed $500 XD
Ariso
@monir_ The goal isn’t to collect more information, but to surface what changed, what matters, and what needs attention so teams can keep moving. :)

@abod_rehman We have a meeting note taker that listens on your meetings, you can connect your google workspace using our custom made workspace MCP server for email, task and calendar analysis. We also support nearly 400 other integrations, so all of your data can go directly into Ariso! As for messaging channels, you can message Ari on slack (public channels, DMs and private channels), text her once confirming your number, message her on teams or just use our web chat (emailing the bot is coming soon!)
Ariso
@abod_rehman good to see you too!
Not just work with Slack. Ari gets context from meetings, documents, and other work collaboration tools, too. The idea is that decision-making and follow-up should be tied together no matter where the work takes place.
A quiet support system that remembers the details sounds genuinely useful. Congrats @erkang
Ariso
@james_carter35 I like how you framed it - a support system is something we all need but most of us don't have at work.
