2nd time founder, new to product hunt

Hey folks, wanted to introduce myself. I'm Erkang (Ken). Building my 2nd startup Ariso.

My first startup was a cybersecurity platform that had decent success, grew to 8 figures ARR and over 150 people at the time. And then I came to learn that most of my challenges as I scaled up were people and organizational related. The bottleneck wasn't in how much work people were doing.
