It led me to a pretty unhealthy way to understand effort and just career planning in general - I wish I would have had something like this. As for the hunch, I kept seeing how many talented people were struggling to figure out their path and find their tribe. Wanted to help people connect with the right opportunities and collaborators who truly get them. There's so much untapped potential out there!
