I wasn’t even seriously job hunting when I signed up for Intch — more like doomscrolling between tasks and clicked on an ad out of boredom. tbh? It felt… different. I didn’t get bombarded with fake jobs or recruiters ghosting me. The first few days were kinda quiet, and I thought “ugh, another pretty UI and zero real connections.” But then I posted something casual about switching careers from PR to UX design, and people actually replied with advice, intros, even a few potential collaborations. One guy connected me with a nonprofit that needed design help and boom — my first freelance contract in a new field. Was it huge money? No. But it was confidence, momentum, and frankly, that mattered more. The vibe on Intch feels like late-night Discord meets professional networking, which is weird but kinda great? I’d just love more filters or tags for niche stuff, and maybe less swipe pressure — sometimes I wanna chill and read people’s posts, not match-match-match. Still, I’m keeping it. It’s already done more for me than LinkedIn did in 6 months.

Petty fraud, that's what it looks like to me. I spent a month on the platform, responding very actively to roles. At first, it seemed to me that there were just a few employers. But then I saw the same several types of job descriptions. Roles are similar to AI generated roles! It seems that Intch does this to create the illusion of employers' presence. And one more nuance. The platform does not warn you about the next subscription charge, as all subscription services already do. The technical support team responds with standard excuses. As a result, Intch took away 55€ from me for a month of responses to questionable roles and rejected my claim with a formal letter. I highly recommend not to get involved.

wasn’t planning to pay for another job app tbh, i already spend enough on subscriptions lol… but i saw a couple people post their profiles on X and it looked clean so i signed up. ngl at first it felt empty — the jobs weren’t great and i was like “ok cool, wasted my coffee budget again” 😂 but i added a few recommendations (shoutout to my ex-colleague who wrote a sweet one), and then stuff started to actually show up that made sense. had a call with someone from portugal about a remote strategy role and it was honestly a vibe. also — major props to the support team. i had a billing glitch and they fixed it within hours. that’s rare. anyway, this app’s not magic, but if u give it a bit of time, it gets good.

Like, I didn’t have to spend an hour crafting a perfect resume or answering 20 questions about my "career goals." Just filled out the basics, added a couple recommendations from people I actually worked with (which felt way more real than listing job titles), and the feed started updating with jobs pretty fast. I’m in brand strategy, and most platforms send me copywriting gigs or SEO work — not my lane. But here, after a few days, the suggestions actually started to make sense. I even got invited to help on a food startup's rebranding project — turned into a 3-week remote gig. The interface is super clean, no distractions, and it’s honestly kinda fun to check it daily. It’s not overwhelming like LinkedIn where it feels like everyone’s yelling their accomplishments. 😅 That said, not everything's perfect. Started using Intch after a friend sent me a link, wasn’t expecting much tbh. But after setting up my profile (which btw took like 5 minutes, love that), I actually started getting some good job suggestions. The app feels clean and modern, no heavy corporate vibes like LinkedIn. I really like that the jobs feel curated — I’m not scrolling through 500 random offers just to find one decent one. Had a small issue when trying to update my experience, but support replied the same day and helped out — respect for that. Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5? Would love even more filters when searching, especially for remote-only roles. Otherwise, solid experience, definitely worth a shot if you're tired of old-school job sites.

Okay, so I saw an Insta ad at 2 AM, signed up expecting another job board disaster, but… lowkey surprised. First off, the UI is clean—no clutter, no weird pop-ups. The algorithm actually does its job. At first, the matches were meh, but after tweaking my profile and adding recommendations, I started getting relevant offers. No ‘Senior Engineer’ roles when I’m a PM. Had a login issue (okay, I forgot my password), and support replied fast like, under an hour. No endless email chains, just straight-up help. And the best part? Actually landed a remote job. No 10-page cover letters, no recruiter spam, just applied, got a response, got hired. If you’re over the usual job-hunting struggle, this app is worth a shot. Just set up your profile right trust me, it makes a difference

This is a very shady business. I’d say, scam. Once you sign up there’s nowhere to opt out of your subscription through the app or dashboard. Additionally, they don’t send a courtesy email to let you know that your subscription will renew. I had to email them to cancel my plan - which they responded back to and said they did. But I have no proof that it’s been canceled as there’s no cancelation email sent and I can’t see any plan/subscription status on my dashboard. I asked for a refund for the last payment as I only used the app 1 time the whole year and I’ve gotten nothing but crickets since asking for a refund. Really hoping they don’t continue to charge me down the line. Stay far, far away!
