Hello Product Hunt 🤩 My name is Eric and my co-founders Ed and Gladys are so thrilled to share our business and value prop to customers with you. We started Aragorn after building and managing over 700 HRIS integrations and consulting for many companies while dealing with the pain of: (i) inaccurate data from multiple sources; (ii) different data and format specifications for each vendor; (iii) reconciling errors related to downstream system integration; (iv) longer implementation cycle to launch employee-facing platforms; and (v) one-stop-shop that provisions multiple downstream systems through an employee’s life cycle. For external systems: A Company would use Aragorn to sync its employee data through API or SFTP modes to systems like learning management, retirement plans, health insurance, corporate & social responsibility, talent management, etc. In addition, a SaaS provider that needs to connect with multiple of their client's HR systems would use Aragorn to sync required data from their clients’ systems. Wouldn't it be nice for all systems to be updated if employee data changes, like salary, department, name, address, termination, and promotion occurs in your HRIS? Aragorn streams active employee records to establish real access to all applications. In addition, Aragorn removes costly licenses/seats when employees become inactive, rather than just disabling single sign-on access and leaving the employee still active in those systems. For internal systems: Imagine this—Employees are hired and generally set up in the main HR system. They would have to be provided access to many internal systems like Google Workspace, Okta, Office365, Slack, Azure AD, NetSuite, etc. If you have a team or know of a company that has a use-case Aragorn can help, we’d love to introduce ourselves and learn about those use cases.
