Building a "knowledge infrastructure layer" that turns Q&A into structured, AI-queryable data is a foundational idea. Moving beyond chatbots to a compounding knowledge asset is the right long-term bet.
A critical adoption question: For a platform that needs to ingest live team knowledge to provide value, what's the initial wedge—is it replacing an existing Q&A/wiki tool, or being adopted as the canonical source for a specific high-volume workflow (like developer onboarding or customer support) first?

I should clarify our strategic approach: we're not positioning ourselves to replace existing wiki or Q&A systems—that's not our focus right now. Instead, we're creating a new playbook for companies that haven't yet built a Q&A community. For these organizations, the choice is clear: why not start with AnswerGrowth and get access to native AI superpowers from day one?
Here's what we're enabling: We help new teams rapidly build community moats by combining three elements. First, a vibrant Q&A community becomes the foundation—every question answered, every discussion captured. Second, our native AI layer transforms that community knowledge into searchable, queryable intelligence in real time. Third, with our upcoming Everything2QA feature, we'll convert any content source into Q&A, making it seamless for teams to build their knowledge infrastructure.

When we built AnswerGrowth, our goal wasn’t to create yet another AI chatbot.
